Discovery Insure failed me big time

Inspite of multiple previous complaints from members, Discovery Insure sent me to Thomson Panelbeaters.

They are the worst and they do not care.

They lie until they are caught using video evidence. Then they unapologetically change.

Worse part is that they have scratched my car and then added notes to the initial car inspection and claim the scratches were there.

I am not disappointed in Thomson because i never would have gone there.

I highly disappointed in discovery and their Claim Consultant called Nompelelo. I complained repeatedly but she was of no help.
