Discovery Insure fail... yet again

Here we are yet again. A few months after Discovery Insures service provider (Auto Ross Bodyworks) cost me R20000 in electrical repair after it was sent in for simple body work, then lying about it and Discovery’s specialist handing in a report filled with inconsistencies and false claims, the repairs that they’ve done have resulted in a large body panel trim falling right off! Now they’ve told me to go back to the same shop?! What? So that they can cost me even more time and money? I don’t trust the provider, other reviews of the same place have had them do electrical damage to other vehicles, they’re not a Toyota approved shop either and I am being told to go back to these *********. I really like the Discovery Insure product, but their service, customer support and follow up are disgusting.
