Discovery insure

I've been a client with Discovery Insure for a few years and can't really complain or complement the overall service of the company as it has been nothing but average, throughout this year I had a few queries and was dealing with Shafick Allow in the Retentions department and his service was excellent. If all the call centre agents gave me the support he did I would have still been a client of Discovery Insure. Thanks for your assistance, Regards,
