Discovery Insure

I phoned Discovery Insure in Saturday to lodge a claim for my alarm system and intercom system that was struck by lightning. I sent in the quotes on Saturday but the claims department was already closed. I was in contact with them since yesterday. But no reply yet if I can go ahead with the claim. I'm a woman living alone with no security system for the past 5 days. I would like to have an answer as soon as possible.
