Discovery Insure - "Experts" ignore obvious damage

A water pipe burst with resulting damages to the ceiling/vanity and carpet. Discovery sent an assessor, as well as a "carpet specialist" and decided that there is no damage. Even after various photo evidence they refuse to pay the claim. I have created a request at the Insurance Ombudsman, but after almost 3 months, they are still reviewing the 4 page response from discovery
