My car battery died on Saturday and I needed a mechanic to come jump start it. I spoke to Busi Mlangeni at Discovery who was extremely helpful and professional. she arranged for a mechanic to arrive (Peter Strydom) who was also efficient, helpful and friendly. He had my car started in seconds and left soon after answering some questions. Busi Mlangeni from Discovery called me multiples times throughout the process to make sure everything was ok and I was being helped. I couldnt have been more impressed with Busi and Peter and the entire Discovery Insure process. The service and level of professionalism was world class.
