Discovery Insure exemplary service

My recent dealings with Discovery Insure was a most pleasant one. The agent I dealt with, Reabetswe Setlau, really raised the bar on what can sometimes be a very frustrating telephonic assistance experience. He was super polite, well spoken, and couldn't do enough to assist me with my claim. His email regarding backup documents to be supp**** was almost instant, and he assured me that we would get the claim sorted asap. After some issues with the format of the files he requested, he continually called me back and guided me through the correct procedure to ensure he had what he needed. Within 30 minutes of my initial call, the claim was registered, verified and approved, and Reabetswe Setlau then called me back again to inform me that the money should be in my account within 72 hours. What an amazing agent, that really does make Discovery Insure proud. My sincerest thanks Reabetswe, you rock.
