Discovery Insure - Exceptional Service

On 2 occasions now I have had to use Discovery. Recently my car was towed in after hitting a dip in the road. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Fantastic service.

This morning my son was involved in a head-on collision. The DQ tracker installed in the vehicle sent an impact alert to Discovery. Fortunately, the accident occurred on the same block as my office and I managed to run-up to the scene.

By the time I got there (within 5 minutes of the call) there Emer G Med were already on scene attending to all drivers/passengers. Another 2 082 911 paramedic vehicles were flying down the road from Olivedale clinic and 3 tow trucks were on the scene.

Discovery approved the tow truck company and arranged a rental for me to collect today.
