Discovery Insure, excellent service from Kushaal

<p>I purchased a new vehicle and needed to get details amended on my existing policy, tracking device removed on the old vehicle, new device installed in the new vehicle, have the proof of insurance cover for the dealer etc. I called the call centre and was assisted by Kushaal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kushaal initially assisted me and took my details as there was a minor issue that needed to be rectified on their side. My experince with call centres in the past has been they take your number but never call you back, and you can very rarely get back to the same call centre agent who helped you in the first place. This was different with Kushaal. He called me back, let me know what is being done on his side and approximately how long it would take to have this fixed. He called me back again the 2nd day to advise that everything had been taken care of and provided me with all the relevant documents I needed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kushaal was extremely helpful and was going out of his way to assist me. It was very pleasant dealing with him and he made me feel like a most valued customer. Thank you Kushaal for your professionalism, your courtesy and for your efficiency in assisting me, it was sincerely appreciated.</p>
