Discovery Insure - Excellent service
On 22 May 2024, I logged a claim for my geyser. A guy called Tshepo Kekane, from Discovery Insure handled my claim. Claim was registered within minutes. I received a confirmation email almost immediately and my claim was dealt with in a very professional and efficient way.
Tshepo's swift assistance was the reason a new geyser was installed in a matter of days. Thank you so much to Discovery Insure - you really delivered excellent service. The few days that we had to wait for hot water, was really worth it.
You guys rock!
