DISCOVERY INSURE - EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

We live in an era where service, and especially good service is few and far between. We've had a few encounters with Discovery Insure in terms of claims and they have ALWAYS come through and assisted in the best possible way, and in the shortest possible time. I've heard horror stories about other insurers, but fortunately, I'm with Discovery Insure.

We have recently detected an underground water leak somewhere between the Tshwane meter and the house. Needless to say, the claim was registered in no time, and soon after that I received a phone call from Riaan Whitney, while I was still wondering how I'm going to manage without water. Within 24 hours, the site inspection was done by Riaan, a contractor was appointed, the leak detection was carried out, the costing was done, the claim was approved and the payout was in my bank account. As a matter of fact, Riaan phoned me to inform me that the payout was approved, and before putting the phone down. the funds reflected in my account - just another advantage of banking with Discovery Bank, the best bank in SA.
