Discovery Insure I would like to compliment on of your employees, namely Jose Nelson. He went to great lengths to help me with my insurance claim which is usually such an unpleasant experience especially if you look at service levels in SA today, where some really just do not care about customer services. What was great is Jose knew what the procedure is and went to great lengths to ensure I knew exactly what the next step would be. He really restored my faith in the insurance industry and I do hope he is valued at Discovery.
