I've had one of the best experiences (under the circumstances) while dealing with Juan-Mari Erasmus from Discovery Insure.

She was prompt, always communicating and an absolute star when dealing with my claim, which I ended up not claiming for due to the other party taking the responsibility. This incident had "more than usual" admin involved and Juan-Mari took it all upon herself and made it such a pleasant experience.
