Discovery Insure Employees of the Year- Thami and Lwazi

I just had an amazing, super friendly and professional call from Lwazi and Thami who work for discovery. They were patient enough to listen to my rant, calm and collected when explaining their processes and procedures and were able to resolve my problem in under 10 minutes. They are truly the epitome of what customer service should sound and look like.
