Discovery Insure employ totally unqualified people
Discovery Insure has NO qualified staff. I've been phoning and emailing for 18 months to ask whether Discovery can provide a service in my area. Now I need Discovery, and they expect me to travel 260km, Petrol + toll fees, just to see an assessor. I have been paying premiums for years; today I realise they cannot provide a service.
