Discovery Insure Emergency Agent Willie Scholtz :)

I had the unfortunate experience of my geyser bursting on Saturday evening. I contacted Discovery Insure emergency. Willie Scholtz from the Discovery Insure Emergency Services department took my call. Willie demonstrated and walked the customer service path brilliantly. The initial service provider that was suppose to fix my geyser was busy on another call and was only able to response to my call 2 hours later and on his way to me his vehicle had a break down. I had no access to water as I had to shut off my water at the mains as the geyser's cut off valve was not working. Willie followed up with the initial and secondary service providers until I had water at 11H0 on Sunday morning. Through all this Willie constantly kept updating me. Thank you Willie Scholtz
