Discovery insure

It is sad that one has to go public purely because of a service that sucks. Emails, calls, seeking for guidance ain't discovery's business offering even when one is a client. Today it is almost 3 months with no update on 3rd party claim, no update on tyres that had to be replaced as my life was in danger. This being reported and all I got was automated responses that they will revert. But I'm still waiting. Accident fixing, the least of their problems. My latest BMW Coupe, still scarred because I am waiting, have tried my own means and reported, with no response. I WOULD NOT TRULY AND HONESTLY RECOMMEND. As for BMW, discovery is messing up with your brand!
