Discovery insure

Poorest service I have ever gotten from an insurance company.

I claimed because my phone was broken, the claim was sent in on the 1st of Dec already, since then, the only thing discovery did was to have someone pick up my phone which was not repairable. They haven't contacted me in any way, said they sent me an email, but they haven't.

They clearly don't know how important it is to have a proper phone.
