Discovery insure

I am SO ANGRY. We sit for almost 2 months now, fighting, begging and pleading Had a water leak claim with discovery They 'aproved' the claim fast. But the contractors that they are using are totaly USELESS. They come maybe once a week. Then around lunch. Then the are sitting on the grass having their lunch Then maybe, they will work 5 min. So far they only ripped up shower,cubbits,floor and made holes in floor and walls. They have tried to fix the shower. Its scew, and not sealed.. they have a bad attetude. And then dissapear, 'every' week. They say they will come 'next week. I have phoned discovery. My husband have phoned them. They dont sent out proper contractors. They are totaly useless. Its almost 2 months. We cant use our bathroom. My child is sleeping like a dog infront of my bed on a carpet. And discovery and their useless contactors dont sort out their problem. So far only made more damage to my property!!!
