The service provider's findings attribute the failure of the fridge to wear & tear. Shortage of gas in the compressor is not as a result of an insurd peril. It is further noted that the fridge was previosly repaired and gas topped up and it is the same fate.
We therefore are unable to offer you a diffrent outcome.

29 Nov 2022, 12:27It was loadshedding and after the power went back on the fridge did not work a we thought it was the gas but it was not I phoned the guy that came and did the assessment and he told me that your advisors make the final decison IT IS 42 DEGREES HERE TODAY AND WE MUST PUT OUR THINGS IN A COOLER BOX !!!

It was loadshedding and after the power went back on the fridge did not work a we thought it was the gas but it was not I phoned the guy that came and did the assessment and he told me that your advisors make the final decison IT IS 42 DEGREES HERE TODAY AND WE MUST PUT OUR THINGS IN A COOLER BOX !!!
