Discovery Insure Drive is not all its cracked up to be

Very sad to say that I have officially joined the "Not impressed with Discovery" group. The Discovery Insure Drive app is not working, it deducts points even with perfect scoring per drive, it doesn't measure drives using "no phone present", when I always have my phone on me. Count "cornering" everytime I access the highway, at the right speed limit...

I have reached out via email, and no one responds I get points deducted, rebates lowered, and I have kept my side as clean as possible, yet Discovery just ignores me.
