Discovery Insure DQ Track never works and BP rewards does not exist

I have changed my DQ track device recently and thought it was due to the device battery being low therefore it was not recording my trips to earn rewards. This was the second month now where I got 70 cents in vitality rewards. My app on the phone is connected to the DQ track device when driving and I also fill fuel at BP. This is a **** Discovery. I do not recommend this Insurance as they pride themselves on false advertising and poor customer service.
