Discovery Insure Double Increases

I just want to make it known that this double increase practice you're applying to your clients is not right and feels like a **** to be honest. I can try to understand annual increases, but i cannot understand this "interim increase" that is getting app**** based problems that's happening in the country such as KZN floods as i was told, yet I'm Living in Cape Town.

Money is already tight for most South Africans and yet you want to try and milk us for "what if" scenarios. I think its time to start looking elsewhere for an insurer who wont try and take advantage of their clients, and may actually want to try and retain their clients which your call centre staff cant really be bothered about.
