Discovery Insure - Dont use them ever

I have been with Discovery Insure since 2023 with 0 claims. I hit a pothole which did massive damage but they refuse to approve the claim. Pathetic service and dont bother responding to my emails. Their assessor had my vehicle for 20min, and said to me that he cannot see any issues. Then tells Discovery that it looks like old damage. Bosch assessed my vehicle, had it for 3hrs, and provided a full assessment report of all associated issues. Issues confirmed: a. Both right side wheels buckled b. Tie rod ends damaged c. Engine mounting damaged Dont use these guys, I've had better service from all my previous insurers.
