Discovery Insure don't care

I'm in the process moveing houses on 10 September 2023 and the morning of 11 September 2023 we were held up in a home invasion tying us up and stole an substantial amout of items. The lame excuse received from Discovery Insure is as follows "You did not change your address prior to the move. We will not help."

Is this fair paying for a service?
