Discovery Insure (Donovan Hattingh)

recently i had my first motor vehicle claim with Discovery. i called my broker Andy who arranged for the claims department to contact me. Donovan Hattingh contacted me to start out the process. not having all the relevant details on me, he suggested that we start the process and log the claim, with details to follow. he was very professional in explaining the process every step of the way. i was kept informed with follow up calls to make sure that my claim was given the attention it required. my claim was processed and approved in 3 days .
