Discovery Insure don't want my business

<p>I called for a quote for car insurance last week Thursday</p> <p>The salesman gave me a quote on the phone, and I asked if they could give me a better price</p> <p>He said he would speak to his manager and he would cal me back straight away. I never heard from him again</p> <p>I then contacted Discovery Insure yesterday to find out what was going on. The gentleman I spoke to said he would find out and call me within five minutes. I never heard from him again</p> <p>I sent a complaint email to Discovery Insure yesterday. And still I haven't heard from anybody</p> <p>I really get the feeling that you don't want my business, so I'll have to oblige and go to Outsurance or Miway instead</p> <p>So disappointing because I am a very happy Discovery Health client, but I suppose it isn't run by the same management team. Very, very disappointing</p> <p>I just don't understand why you spend millions advertising your product, and when you have a client knocking at your door, you don't care. Doesn't make sense</p>
