Discovery Insure doesn’t want to help or pay out

These consultants know nothing about the policies they offer, then keep me on a string when I try to claim. Promises of feedback but no action. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they guard them like dragons in a castle and you can’t get the help you need. More unmet promises, calls getting cut and then once again having to explain the same story to a new person.
