Discovery Insure does not want to cancel my car insurance, its been 3 months and they keep debiting!!

Its now month 3 since I cancelled my Vehicle Insurance with Discovery but its not cancelled. I have called several times and sent emails but no one is assisitng me instead they keep debiting me. I am now paying for 2 insurance companies because of Discovery!!! This is really disappointing of Discovery as I have used their various services for years and they were good. It seems their service is deteriorating and it is sad to experience!
