Discovery insure does not want my money

I currently have a problem with my bank account. I phoned Discovery Insure to ask them for their banking details so that I can pay the amount I owe them. I was told over the phone I can not pay them the money I owe them, it has to be debited from my account. Well, I tried. If they are so against taking my money I will just not pay them and get another insurance company to insure my vehicle. Imagine, a company that does not want your money for services rendered. They are going to try to debit my account until they are blue in their faces, they will not be able to get a sent. The only way they will get their money is if I can deposit it into their account. Seeing that they refuse to let me do that, well, they have just lost a client.
