Discovery insure Does not pay water leak bill.

We have been clients with discovery insure for more than 5 years and have reported a water claim in march this year where they took about 2 weeks just to come and fix it, then they send an *********** contractor who took about a month to fix it, it was in the wall. The next month our water bill was very high again and we paid for a leak detector to tell us the leak was never fixed. Then again we waited 2 week and now it was finally fixed. Mean while our water bill is crazy high about R8000 pm for 4 months and now discovery insure does not want to pay the water leak bill. We feel it is highly unprofessional and ********* because we reported it and it was no fault for our side and that is why we have insurance.They paid us only R5000 and said that is all they will pay.
