Discovery insure does not pay claims.

We had a small claim <10k in damages to our brand new car…. Car was scratched against a pavement.

The rear bump and a bad scratch as well, the assessor rejected this, saying it was “old”. My mom was driving when the incident occurred, she is 73.

We were made to feel like ****s and ********s, the staff at the call center, refused to escalate the issue. No one from Discovery returned our calls, most pathetic experience. We have every product discovery had to offer, life insurance, car insurance, home insurance, vitality, banking, gap cover and medical aid.

Please don’t ever ever ever do business with this organisation.
