Discovery Insure does not care!!

Its been over 3 months after Discovery's client drove into my car. She drove over a stop street and it was a very clear cut case. Discovery has somehow purposefully delayed the process which I should have expected. Have spoken to this Eli person multiple times and he replies with exceptionally vague answers and minimal detail. We should expect that insurance companies like these to not care right? So why am I surprised. My thing is this accident has caused me a great deal of emotional trauma as I need my vehicle day and day. My other strive is that this company has a process set out in their T&Cs which they themselves do not adhere to. Over 3 months to resolve a clear cut case is very extensive and with prejudice.
