Discovery insure does not assist !!! Bad service

We are so disgusted in Discovery Insure. Someone bumped us from behind in september 2024,and from that month we were in contact with discovery insure. They have requested documentation and affidavits and we have provided them with. We keep on following up on the call line ans guess what the consultants constantly tells us to hold and then we are left on hold. Up until this day , no response from Discovery insure. Your service is ridiculous and pathetic. I really hope someone in discovery insure management sees this and gets back to me.
