Discovery Insure does its best

Thank you so much. This matter was handled so quickly and so professionally by Mpumi Sinigwa, that I am in absolute awe. I don't know what transpired between Car World and Discovery, but Mpumi simply asked me to send her the invoice from Tiger Wheel and Tyre yesterday (that's an amazing turnaround time in light of staff shortages during lockdown). Then, early this morning, I received a confirmation of payment for the full amount I paid at TWT. I was totally speechless and ever so grateful as this was not at all what I was expecting. Mpumi deserves extra recognition for going the extra mile and getting the best possible result from Discovery. She is a true asset to the company and her manner is kind, professional, and most importantly, she gets things done, and she gets them down fast. I don't think I have ever experienced such efficiency as I have with this claim, from start to finish. This I believebis all good to the high standard of Mpumi's work ethic. I have told everyone about this incident and the outcome and I know I've converted several into looking at Discovery to Insure their vehicles. So Mpumi has done an amazing job at representing, promoting and marketing the Discovery brand. Thank you doesn't even seem adequate to express my appreciation.
