Discovery Insure do not pay Fuel Cash back as promised
In January, we noticed that a Fuel slip transaction dated 20.12.2019 at BP Palm Court had not been captured and that we did not receive the 50% Fuel Cash Back from this transaction. Subsequently, I scanned that slip in as proof of the purchase and received a reference no WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#, as well as an email from Sandile Ngobeni, dated 22.01.2020 that the transaction had been captured and that the fuel cash back would be paid into our bank account. Needless to say, to this day, we still have not received the said 50% cash back which equates to R330.87 and subsequently have phoned into Discovery Insure Vitality at least 6 times since, spoken to Kobane Thali on 24.02.2020 at 15:10pm and again to Jane on 18.03.2020 at 10:30am and again last week Monday, yet to this day, no payment. Apparently the person responsible at Finance has been tasked with doing the EFT payment, but fo whatever reason is sitting on the money due to us and we are just not getting the money due to us
