Discovery Insure Dishonest and *********

I entered into Discovery Insure in year 2019 October, i added the Vitality drive benefit which I paid for R126 per month for two vehicles. I wanted to remove one vehicle off the vitality drive and thus in turn should have reduced the premium, however when i contacted Discovery Insure to have this done they informed me that it cannot be done and that the terms and conditions indicated that it was not possible, however when i questioned the terms and conditions and also sending the documents i received from Discovery whereby it did not state anything about what they said to me, they went back and forth with me trying to convince me that the terms and conditions that i received was incorrect. How is this possible as i received it from them on email??? Discovery Insure did not uphold there own terms and conditions to me as the client and tried to ignore my request later on, however i then instructed them to cancel my insurance since they were dishonest with there policy terms and conditions. I would suggest that anyone trying to get unto the Discovery Insure, please be aware of this ********* behavior.
