Discovery Insure-Disgusting service

So i was contacted by a Discovery Insure agent earlier. I explained that before going ahead and quote on my vehicles i would resolve my previous issue/request which was still pending feedback. I have a 2005 Jeep Cherokee 3.7 V6 that was changed to a Lexus V8 when the engine gave in. The last 2 agents that phoned me and the independent Discovery advisor that came to my house still has not gotten back to me. His response was that his senior advisor might not respond as he might see this as a waste of his time due to the age of the vehicle. As a current Discovery client, Mr. B.....n G......r if this is how Discovery treats customers. Disgusting. Then ill keep my insurance elsewhere.
