Discovery Insure Disgusting

Had damage to the back of our bumper on a Toyota Fortuner. Went for inspection to be quoted on a generic part, which was never told to us, and from previous experience the alternative parts to original is totally unacceptable not been given that option from the assessor or discovery. Then damages total to R 8500 and we pay R 5000 excess. The difference for a original part is R450 and Discovery refused to order a original part with such low difference. WHY cause they are ***** and want to make money of cheap repairs and excess. JUST BLANTANLY REFUSING TO HELP A CUSTOMER WHO HAS BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS and has all.our policies with them, we will now have to make the choice to go elsewhere this is the last we do business with them.
