Discovery Insure - Disgusting

I had a motor vehicle accident last year August 2017.

All I requested from Discovery Insure is a letter stating that I am the policy holder and that I am not claiming from my Insurance.

It is now 7 months later and no one has had the slightest bit of effort to get into contact with me.

I have sent email upon email, made several calls, wasted my money on a company who has the most *********** employees that I have ever come across.

No more referrals from me to Discovery Insure, they are pathetic, in actual fact this is an understatement, there is no word to describe this Company.

I am a very disappointed customer, if I knew that Discovery Insure treated their customers in this manner! I would have never joined them.

They forget that we are customers who pay their SALARIES!!
