Discovery Insure Disappoints Once Again

<p>Discovery Insure provides clients with false information regarding their insurance scheme which states I will receive 12,5% CASH BACK ON FUEL FILLED AT BP AND SHELL , however they have calculations issues and they lie as based on the fuel I consumed it was worth R1700 where I received only R50-00 , with regards to this linking to the DQ tracker and points , here goes:<br /> Discovery Insure has a tracking device which tracks your driving as it wishes to and not on every trip. How unprofessional is that ,since the tracker suppose to help people track you in the event of an emergency or accident. The application and the tracker is faulty and in this way my premiums will not decrease as it is not tracking my driving and I am not getting rewards. Discovery has disappointed me on several occasions and I am very unhappy. Thirdly I was now informed my phone no longer accomodates the application after complaining several times ,up to this point discovery had not informed me there device does not work with specific phones , they don't convey important information to clients and their service delivery is extremely poor as well as their methods of dealing with valueable clients. </p>
