Discovery Insure disappoints big time

I had a theft of a tap and pipe on my property, that resulted in a massive underground water loss. Discovery Insure was prepared to pay for the leak detection, as well as the plumbing of the ****** tap and pipe, but classifies the occurred water loss as a water leakage and not theft and is not prepared to pay out the water loss damage suffered, but only pays for a "water leak", which is way less, then the water loss suffered. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for several years and have never claimed before this incident, yet they are not prepared to look at the uniqueness of this situation. They keep saying it is a water leak, no matter what the cause is of the water loss. This is a very disappointing attitude and management of this case, as they not prepared to consider the unique circumstances that caused the loss of water and a subsequent huge utility bill, due to theft of a perfectly intact pipe before.
