Discovery Insure disappointing service

We are dissatisfied with the lack of service rendered by Discovery Insure. I recently got involved in a car accident. Naturally, I lodged a claim and the claim was processed and approved. Discovery then advised me to go to its approved service center namely: Eastrand Motor Lab. I then followed suit and took my car to the service center. During the time (+- 4 weeks) when my car was with the center for panel beating, I received no communication from Discovery nor the center. I had to continuously call to check the progress thereof. When I was finally advised my car was ready and I could pick it up. My car was missing parts and the workmanship on the car was appalling to say the least. I tried to engage the Manager (Jose') at the center to highlight my dissatisfaction. He was rude and insulted me stating that he did not understand what the fuss was about because my car is old and run down anyway. I took this up with Discovery numerous times to try at the least to get my car sorted. To this day (over two months later) Discovery has not resolved this issue. I am having to weekly call in and needless to say no one is willing to assist. As we speak my car is leaking oil, my door handle is missing and I am unable to open my bonnet. These are just a few defects my car has since taking it to the center. I have been with Discovery for over three years now and have multiple products with them. I am very disappointed with the service I have experienced with Discovery.
