Discovery Insure - Disappointed...

My vehicle was ****** and recovered. We are into week 3 now and little progress has been made in either direction - repair or write off. I have been pushed from pillar to post by Discovery Insure dealing with 3 different claims administrators, receiving conflicting information, empty promises and empty commitments around actions and deadlines. When I noted, in writing, glaring oversights, illogical, inconsistent and incomplete information in the assessors report I was flatly ignored as if I was a nobody that knows anything around the subject. We all pay huge insurance premiums to what we believe to be premium insurance companies that we expect to have our best interests at heart, but yet we are treated with no regard. Considering the treatment I have received, I now view everything I am told by Discovery Insure with skepticism and suspicion. This is so unfortunate, and easily avoided if honesty and integrity prevailed.
