Thank you Irish Shwai from the Building Specialist, Discovery Insure for prompt and very professional service. Initially I struggled to submit my claim via the Discovery App, but once submitted I was contacted and my claim sorted out within 48 hours. I loved the fact that Irish arrived at the appointed time for the inspection, and was very thorough in his explanation. I felt like I mattered and not just another inspection to tick off as fast as possible.
