Discovery Insure decline claims

I have submitted 2 x claims in the past 5 months, both have been rejected.

a) Nissan NP200 - Accident happened on a Sunday with one of my employees, Discovery declined the claim stated "I am renting the vehicle out". I have never heard such ******* in my life! Asked them where they get this information from / proof, no response to date. Meantime bakkie is in the panel beaters accumulating storage costs.

b) 2 days ago my partner dented her right front fender reversing out of the carport, submitted claim online, received a response within 1 minute "claim declined" as below, no reason!

This is absolutely ****ing, yet Discovery still deduct my monthly payments of +- R3000.00 per month. Rumors going around are that Discovery are looking for reasons NOT to pay out. The panel beaters told me the percentage of approved claims are minimum!

Then I send an email to Discovery requesting feedback on below, NO response!
