Discovery Insure decline based on report contradicting each other and repairer's untruths

my vehicle was in accident where it hit a very hard object with the wheels. the front wheels took the impact and bounced over and the rear wheels burst and cracking the mag wheel.

When I delivered the vehicle for repairs I informed (written) the repairer that I am very concerned about the vehicle’s front and rear suspension due to the impact it sustained during the accident. The front suspension and shock absorbers absorbed the impact but the rear suspension didn’t thus damage to the mag wheel. Since the impact the front bumper touches the road after going over a speed hump and this never happened before the accident. I asked the repairer (Renew It Rivonia) to have this checked and they did not until I went there and the mechanic confirmed that he was not told about this. The repairer sent the vehicle to be tested and the report states that the test results are inconclusive. the repairer tried to deceive (**********ly) the insurer by making a hand written note that the problem was due to wear and tear. a second test was done and it contradicted the report of the first test.

The front and rear suspension absorbed a lot of energy during the impact which led to the vehicle handling characteristics changing. The damage broke the right side sill cover.

Discovery Insure is declining my claim but the reports contradict each other. the tests conducted by Supaquick test a parameter which would normally give an indication of wear and tear only. There are basic engineering principles which have not been tested. Thus the tests are not accurate
