Discovery Insure damaged my vehicle

Since December 2022 I booked my car in for a claim, they only came back to me at February saying my claim was declined. i received a courtesy car after a month though R4700 was invoiced to me which AVIS automatically took from me. the invoice included damages which i don't know why. today i received my car back and its full of body damages. Discovery does not want to attend to my complaints about the body of my vehicle
