Discovery INSURE Damaged credit RATING

I once held an Insurance policy with Discovery Insure. Circa 2017. on cancellation the policy lapse, however, the balance was settled circa November 2017. The lapsed payment has since November 2017, been negatively affecting my credit rating, this after numerous calls and countless emails over the 3 year period.

My only request is to clear my name with the credit bureau, as there are NO payments due, however to date this has been impossible.

I am desperately trying to resolve this matter hence me trying to contact through a 3rd party.
