Discovery Insure

On 25 August 2022 I send an email to Discovery Insured, emailed Boitshepo.baitsile@Disc.. claim number *** They asked if I received back my vehicle and if I was happy? I did reply and stated that i was not happy at all. Pride Auto Body in Roodepoort repaired that damage side 1. This was not done to specification!! Poor workman's ship. 2. My carpets were ****** out of my car, brand new specifically made for my model car. Discovery did not contact me back at all everything is just hanging in the air, why must we pay our premium monthly on time and Discovery cannot assist with this theft and poor workmanship? Discovery claims to be the best in the insurance industry, it is now 13 working days since i reported the incident, if they paid Pride Auto body, Discovery insurance is busy wasting the shareholders money, paying for theft and poor workmanship.
